Face-to-Face Coaching
This is the best in training there is. You will receive an in-person consultation to assess your fitness level and go over your goals. We will design a fully customized training plan with weekly check-ins. We will setup periodic email & phone access for questions or concerns.
A weekly in person coaching session with me for up to 1 hour.
This is perfect for the beginner who is looking to get started with their very first event or the experienced athlete who may be looking to win their competitive age group or obtain a new PR (personal record).
Online Coaching with Face-to-Face
Are you a little more independent? Then this is it! You will receive an in-person consultation to assess your fitness level, and go over your goals. We will design a fully customized training plan with weekly check-ins. We will setup periodic email & phone access for questions or concerns.
A monthly in person session with me for up to 1 hour.
This is simply a more independent version of the Face-to-Face coaching for those with more experience and/or a busier schedule.
Online Coaching
You will receive an initial phone consultation to assess your fitness level and go over your goals. We will design a fully customized training plan with weekly check-ins. We will setup periodic email & phone access for questions or concerns.
Online coaching is perfect for people that may be geographically dispersed or may have limited availability.
No matter what your situation may be, we can devise a coaching plan to work for you!
Individual Training
Many athletes may choose to customize their plan with additional training sessions added to the beginning of their training in order to work on form, technique, breathing, and/or speed.
Many also use these sessions in the last few weeks before a race in order to fine tune their pace and get in a solid training session.
Consultation & Form Analysis
Are you new to running or have you had injuries/aches in the past?
The last thing we need is an injury slowing us down! This analysis will allow us to analyze your form. We’ll go through various warm up/warm down drills and then I will visually watch you, suggesting any adjustments.
Finally, I will record you on video. With that, we can analyze your form and then suggest drills or focal points for you to work on in order to help strengthen any weaknesses you may have.
This is great for anyone new to training or those who have had consistent aches/pains or injuries. You may keep the annotated video as well which will serve as a benchmark to look back on over time in order to gauge progress and/or changes.
