I started training with Kurt in January of 2013. I had previously lost some weight while working out with a different trainer, but felt I needed a change. After my first class with Kurt, I knew that I wanted to continue training with him. He is the perfect combination of tough (“Kurt, you are KILLING me!”) and warm (“Katie, you are doing great. Keep it up.”), and he works with the whole person; mentally, emotionally and physically.
During this past year [2013] of training with Kurt, I have lost an additional thirty pounds. He not only has taught me how to exercise properly, but has pushed me harder than I’ve ever been before. I don’t think I would be where I am today without his patience and guidance.
Kurt really takes the time to get to know each of his clients and the way in which they work. He has the ability to motivate everyone to push themselves harder than they thought they could. He is kind hearted, knowledgeable, and provides a welcoming atmosphere for all fitness levels. I highly recommend Kurt to anyone looking for a supportive and enthusiastic trainer who will stick with them every step of the way to a healthier life style.
