What can I say about Kurt as a trainer? Three words: He. Is. Awesome.
If you’ve worked with Kurt, you won’t willingly go to anyone else. If you haven’t worked with Kurt, then you’re missing out. Kurt is encouraging, helpful, kind, and knows just how to push you. He actually cares about you, your goals, and your success. Sometimes, even the best of us need a bit of a motivational push. He doesn’t get in your face or yell at you, but he knows when you’re slacking and helps you make the effort to do one more rep. He’s also a good sport, like when I’m cursing him out for making me run all those hills on the treadmill.
While training with Kurt, I lost 20 pounds, and gained a new found love of weight training, running, and eating healthier. He is fun to have discussions about food, workouts, and whatever else is on your mind. Long story short? This guy rocks.
