Having mastered the local gym, these six ladies were looking for a bit more of a challenge. A 5k with obstacles?, perfect! After 2-3 months of specific obstacle training, these ladies rocked the Rentchsler Field Fitathlon course and looked good doing it. While they are back to the gym, they’ve competed in other obstacle races, 5ks, and more! I’ve bred another group of adventure addicts. Success!!
